Tell Us About Your Kitchen
In order to value your kitchen, we first need you to tell us about it. By that, we mean you need to tell us the materials from which it is fabricated and the dimensions of the kitchen units. We also need to know how old the kitchen is and how much you originally paid for it. You must also tell us what appliances, currently in your kitchen, are included in the sale and any that you have decided to keep. Once we have all the information we need about your kitchen, we can move onto the next step.
Valuing Your Kitchen
Once you have provided us with the details of your kitchen, we can then produce a valuation. This is based on a number of factors, including the age of the kitchen and the original price. We also factor in whether you are including any white goods or other appliances in the sale, and whether there is any general wear and tear from everyday use. We always ensure that our valuation process is fair for both buyer and seller. That way everyone gets the best deal possible and nobody is left short-changed.
Our Friendly Team Will Get In Touch
Once we have valued your kitchen, we will contact you and provide you with the valuation we have reached so that you can make a decision whether to sell or not. Our friendly team will contact you by telephone and discuss the breakdown of the price and how we have reached our decision. Once you are armed with your valuation we will give you a chance to reach a decision, known as a cooling off period. Once you have opted for selling your kitchen, we will then move onto the next stage in the process, selling your kitchen.
