Pedini: Living In The Kitchen
Living in The Kitchen
Pedini, the Italian kitchen super brand, has been at the forefront in the kitchen design industry for over 60 years. Having evolved from using traditional handcrafting techniques (from when it began in 1957) to state of the art technology being used today, the company are making history and keeping up to date with the ever-changing trends and habits of a kitchen user.
One thing that hasn’t changed, is the environmental practices that Pedini take in order to manufacture and deliver their kitchens. On their website, the company claim that all of their products are “internationally certified to the highest standards” as well as using “environmentally friendly products” and “non-toxic glues and varnishes” in the production of their kitchens. It isn’t hard to recognise their green practices due to the number of awards they have won, some including ‘Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)’, the ‘100% Green Power’ and ‘Low environmental impact’ awards.
Pedini has completed a large variety of residential projects, often fitting their kitchens within apartments and hotels worldwide. One of their biggest projects was featured in The Sentral Residences located in Kuala Lumpur where 756 kitchens were installed. Not only do homeowners believe in the brand, but so do large companies and wealthy landlords!
As of 2018 Pedini have introduced artificial intelligence and voice-activated commands within their newest kitchen range. Click here to view a short view.
Pedini’s Kitchen Ranges
When looking at the original Pedini kitchens, it is clear to see what differentiates their kitchens to other top kitchen brands, the naturally curved island, unique materials and smart storage options. Due to newer and more modern technologies, alongside changing behaviour in the kitchen, you can now expect a more modern and minimalistic style from Pedini’s newer kitchen ranges.
Below you can find all available Pedini Kitchen ranges along with the standout design features of each.
K_016 – Starting with Pedini’s newest range, the K_016 is made out of dark wood and satin metal finishes on worktops and storage compartments. The thing that really makes this kitchen stand out is the thin and delicate structural elements that support the kitchen, as well as the integration between the woods and metals.
Artika – One of Pedini’s original curved kitchens, Artika represent functionality and design. Perfect for a family, the large curved island allows total freedom and accessibility around the kitchen.
Arts & Crafts – Next up, the perfect range for creative users. The Arts & Crafts kitchen is one of Pedini’s most functional ranges as it is equipped with savvy storage options and a three-sided wraparound work area.
Dune – The Dune is one of Pedini’s most popular kitchen ranges. This is also one of our favourite ranges and having been featured on our website multiple times, this is a very popular and reliable option for kitchen buyers. The unique shape of the sink and hob flow perfectly with this curved island, allowing you to access all parts of the kitchen within an arm’s reach.
Eko – Focussing on creating a super eco-friendly kitchen, Pedini has produced a light-shaded, minimal and ecological range.
Integra – For this range, Pedini wanted to create the perfect system to maximise the flow of preparing and cooking food. Storage is another big factor in this range as the large island is heavily equipped with storage options.
Magika – Probably the most unique range, this magical kitchen is equipped with innovative features. With dynamic layout solutions, Magika can be designed with floating worktops and sleek lines.
Matrika – One of the most customisable ranges, Matrika can be designed with many different materials along with many different finishes. A unique feature of this kitchen is the 30 degree angled doors.
System collection – The stand out feature on the System Collection is the large wall display that surrounds the main units of the kitchen. Organisation and functionality are the key elements that are provided by this range.
