Are your prices fixed or are you open to offers on the kitchens you sell?

Our duty to our sellers is to achieve the best price possible, however, we are always open to sensible offers.

Do you offer any kind of warranties on products advertised on the site?

Unless implicitly stated, we do not offer warranties on any used products, however, ex-display kitchens generally come with warranties on furniture and appliances.

Is VAT applicable on my purchase?

No. As the kitchens advertised on Kitchen Exchange are deemed secondhand, the VAT has already been paid on them.

Do you offer any kind of design service?

Kitchen Exchange are not kitchen designers. We do our best to give clear dimensions on all our listed kitchens. If you have any specific questions regarding size/dimensions, please get in touch.

Who is responsible for dismantling/removing the kitchen from the property/showroom it's in?

The majority of kitchens sold on the Kitchen Exchange website remain installed, in situ (unless stated otherwise). It is the buyers responsibility to dismantle/remove the kitchen from its current location.

Do you offer a dismantling and delivery service for kitchens sold through the website?

Kitchen Exchange do not dismantle and deliver kitchens ourselves but are happy to offer our buyers details of 3rd party fitters who can do the job on your behalf.

Do we need to view a kitchen before purchasing?

Kitchen Exchange recommend viewings to all our buyers before purchase; as we are dealing with second hand goods the onus is on an intending buyer to satisfy themselves as to the physical condition of any kitchen.
